Out of stock: As I only make most pieces one at a time, I don’t feel comfortable advertising work I don’t have ready.
If you see something you like, and it is ‘out of stock’ please contact me and I will advise you when I can have one ready.
Appearance: Most pieces I make have a birch plywood face, some pieces have a matt flat varnish, others not. Often, I mix the paint colours without any formula or recipe which adds to the uniqueness of most work; therefore, each piece has some variations in shade and wood grains naturally always vary.
Pieces such as coasters (boxes) and clocks are made from MDF and have a more consistent appearance.
Coasters: all coasters are double coated both sides with Tikkurila enamel paint and then double coated both sides with a satin (low sheen) polyurethane varnish. They are water resistant, but we do not recommend immersing them in water or a dishwasher. Wipe clean with a damp cloth if required.
Cleaning: a feather duster or similar is perfect. If necessary, a damp cloth can be used. Feel free to contact us if you need help or further advice.
Custom work: we do love a good challenge here and have undertaken both private and commercial work of all sorts.
